Paul is a 14 year old angler from Stratford CT who will be taking over the director role and running our NEBASSIN High School Series. We are very excited to have Paul on board and lead this division the next few years.
Fish Limit: 3
2024 Yearly Membership: $30 (This fee allows any HS Member to fish any and all NEBASSIN events throughout the region as well as all the sponsor discount codes) Because we are continuing to grow this year, we are allowing anglers the opportunity to pay as you go. This entails the angler to pay $10 per day per event but the angler does not get any of the other benefits a full NEBASSIN member would receive. We will also prorate this as needed.
Entry Fee: $25 per event / Optional $5 lunker (BIG FISH of the event)
Plaques: The top 3 high school anglers from this division with the highest points will receive NEBASSIN plaques. The biggest fish of the year will also be awarded the BIG fish award plaque.
FREE Regional: $5 will be taken from each entry from each event and be used to pay the top High School angler to fish the NEBASSIN Kayak regional for FREE.
Regional Points: 380 points are needed to qualify for our Kayak regional championship.

After growing our leading fishing organization throughout New England over the last 5 years, we were extremely excited to be offering the first ever High School Series that we started in 2017 across the country. 2024 will be another epic year for these youngsters. All Middle School and High School anglers are able to participate in our program as we continue to promote the sport we all love. If you are current any high school or middle school angler before the start of the first HS Series event, you are allowed to fish this series.
We have had many youth including NEBASSIN High School REPS, current High School members among other High School anglers across the region asking about if we have a HS Series. THE TIME IS NOW!! After growing our HS REP program and getting more youth involved, we have decided to create and offer first ever kayak High School Series.
Come be a part of the future of bass fishing, start your fishing career, learn how to get sponsors, learn your own spots, have fun, make some memories, meet new HS friends, enjoy your time out on the water, catch some fish, win some cash, compete vs. other youth and qualify for regionals to fish with some of the best adult/youth anglers in the country at the end of the year to possibly be crowned Regional Champion!
